The Job Post Approval and Moderation Policy of the Platform of INNOVEA HUB proposes to establish basic parameters for the insertion of vacancies and description of its activities.
In line with the ethical values of the INNOVEA HUB, in the quest to increasingly provide a TaaS service in an efficient, transparent and diligent way, INNOVEA HUB provides in this guide, intended for its Clients and Users of the Platform, minimum approval parameters for vacancies moderated by the Platform.
This Policy is applicable to all Customers and Users of the platform of INNOVEA HUB in the contractual stage.
INNOVEA HUB Customers and Users in the contractual phase: are characterized as customers already registered in the solution developed by INNOVEA HUB, that is, users registered on the platform: https://innovea.com.br/ and/or its subdomains such as https://app.innovea.com.br/, among others.
To ensure the integrity and quality of the vacancies published on the Platform from which the INNOVEA HUB holds, it undertakes to establish the following requirements for the approval and publication of vacancies as minimum parameters:
– Job Posts with fraudulent, obscene, threatening, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or illegal content will not be published on the Platform. Innovea hub.
- A INNOVEA HUB may restrict, suspend or terminate any vacancy that is the subject of complaints and that contains any type of content described in the topic above.
– Job Posts will also not be published whose content contains personal requirements, such as carrying out a pregnancy test or any other medical examination, in accordance with Law No. 9.029 of 1995 or with requirements that are not an essential condition for carrying out the services.
– Job Posts that do not previously comply with the Terms of Service available at https://innovea.com.br/termos-clientes also will not be accepted/approved and/or published on the Platform.
– Job Posts that offer remuneration below that practiced by the market and by professionals/providers registered on the Platform may also be rejected, with a view to protecting the image of the company INNOVEA HUB responsible for publicizing the vacancy.
To achieve all the objectives defined in this Policy, the INNOVEA HUB makes available to the following channel to make complaints if vacancies are noticed that do not comply with the legal parameters and parameters defined in this Policy: [email protected]
Our response time is 01 (one) business day.
The whistleblower channel will work from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 18 pm, with the exception of national holidays.
This Policy reveals the Values and Principles of INNOVEA HUB reflecting a commitment to professionalism and transparency.
Customers and Users will have at their disposal a copy of this Policy in digital media, on the portal https://innovea.com.br/politica-de-aprovacao-de-vagas-e-moderacao-da-plataforma/ so that they can consult it anytime.
The update of this Policy will occur whenever relevant legislative or normative changes are identified by the responsible team, being the responsibility of the INNOVEA HUB alert all Customers and Users of updates.
