Hello! As a Headhunter/Tech Recruiter Freelancer, you will be able to nominate tech professionals and professionals from various other areas for open positions and receive payment for each hire made, in addition to a monthly stipend. The best Headhunters can even become effective, managing teams of other freelance Headhunters.
(1) You complete your registration and after approval you will act in Freelance contract as a PJ/MEI.
(2) You will have access to our ATS and more than 1.500.000 professionals in various banks, and through it you will check and decide which vacancies you will work on, and receive recommendations from us.
(3) Whenever you need us, we will provide guidance to answer your questions.
(4) Periodically there will be meetings with recruitment leaders to talk about their vacancies and provide guidance on how to best serve them.
(5) You will have full access to Innovea's profile database, but you will also need to use your own contacts and carry out Hunting for new professionals.
(6) You must interview the candidate via video.
(7) Candidates must be presented within a deadline (SLA) of up to 10 days, and has a CV and profile assessment standard that will be made available to you, therefore, all nominations must follow our submission standard.
(8) You will be able to have direct contact with our end client with our monitoring to kick off vacancies and align profiles.
(9) The entire process carried out with profiles must be documented and updated in our ATS.
(1st) If the process is carried out in two hands (or more, with another headhunter) the payment of the commission will be shared between those involved.
Hiring the indication of a pre-validated professional for vacancies:
a) R$1.000,00 per candidate hired with a salary above R$5.000,00 (shortlist) e
b) R$500,00 per candidate hired with a salary below R$5.000,00 (shortlist).
c) OR R$500,00 for 20 nominations of pre-qualified and approved candidates for specific vacancies (long list), regardless of hiring the indicated professionals – not cumulative with the other formats above.
Amounts paid on the 10th of each month after the professional's start date.
You can also pay the amount of R$25/business day of the month (on average 500 reais per month), regarding your participation in meetings, as long as you fill vacancies with the approval of your candidates by the contracting companies, reach the 2nd stage of our Evolution Program and 80% participation in meetings and processes for at least 30 days (check conditions in the contract).
All payments are made upon presentation of an invoice and bank slip.
After registration, if pre-approved or as soon as your profile matches the open vacancies, you will receive contact from us for the next steps.
